Using the iconic key elements of its era, we offered a complete new housing spectrum (townhouses) to a historical neighborhood. By preserving and restoring the historical architectural elements of the existing building and by the implementation of scale as a method to blend a new way of densification to the existing urban fabric, we were able to introduce this new housing model by implementing a contemporary living into a historical neighborhood.
