Located on a quiet street in Coolidge Corner, this project focused on developing a single family residence into two condos. By giving it an updated exterior, and maintaining most of the original home’s architectural elements, this project seamlessly integrated into the neighborhood. The dated floor plans were completely transformed, easily meeting the needs of contemporary living.
