The focus of this design was to offer an opposite housing spectrum that transformed a multi-family house into a light filled, open space concept in the form of contemporary architecture, yet respecting it predominant exterior language. We replaced an outdated house layout for a large open floor plan creating a modern and elegant feel in each space. We preserved the Neo-Colonial shape of the exterior but gave the details a facelift with the use of sustainable materials.
